The task was to make this home more automated so my customer from California could keep tabs on their new house in Kansas.
I arrived here with many things to do to get this house ready for the customer who lived in California. One of the main things they ultimately wanted was to be able to keep tabs on their new house for the two or three months while they'd be transitioning to the Midwest. During this time the customer would find out that the neighbor kids were using their back yard playground for their own entertainment and on few occasions the same kids found a liking to ding dong ditching his house, at least they were silly little things but he was prepared for worse if it was to happen.
At the end of the day I added a bunch of cans in the kitchen to replace the horribly dated light box and changed many other fixtures throughout the house.
